There could be several things preventing you from logging in, please read:

* Account not activated

* Security verification error

* Already logged in

* Incorrect password

I receive a Security Verification message every time I try to log in, why?

If you receive a "Security Verification" message, please contact support@csmember.com and provide your username and describe the problem so that we can look into the reason for it and get your account repaired immediately! This error does not mean you have done anything wrong on our website, our security system may have automatically locked your account by accident. Typical reasons for this are: 1. You are traveling and our system noticed a significant distance between your login region and registration region. 2. You are accessing the site from behind a vulnerable computer. 3. You are accessing the site from a prohibited country.

* If our support staff has locked your account with reason, you will see a red message describing the issue and to please contact support@csmember.com to resolve it. If you don't see this red message, the problem is most likely an accidental interruption of service due to our preventative security measures.

Please note that while this may inconvenience you, our system is designed this way ONLY for your safety and the safety of your personal information! You're already logged in

If our system says that you're already logged in, chances are you failed to log out properly and switched computers or browsers. To resolve this matter you can do 2 things:

1. Log back into the site from the computer and/or browser you were originally using (it will let you in) and log out properly

2. Wait 15 minutes for the other session to time out and log in again. If you have not accessed the site in some time and are seeing this message, please contact support@csmember.com IMMEDIATELY so that we can disable the account and determine if someone has been accessing your account without your permission.
