What is credit card authentication? How do I do it?
Solution

Credit card authentication proves you are the true holder of the card on file. The process of authentication is very simple. Once you choose to authenticate your card from the Account Information page, 2 small charges (less than $2 each) will be made to your credit card. Once the charges have been made, please check your CREDIT CARD / BANK STATEMENT to locate the 2 most recent charges with the billing descriptor Electronic Stream Systems Ltd. +1-800-935-5771.

If you have online banking, the amounts should be visible immediately on your account, you can also call your bank and ask for the amounts of the charge. Write the amount down. Go back to the Account Information page and scroll down to the "Credit card details" section, here you will see a "Credit card authentication" area with 1 input box. Enter the amount in the box and submit them. If the amount matches, your card will be authenticated, the sum of the amounts charged will be placed into your credits and your account will be upgraded to GOLD (if you are not already at GOLD or PLATINUM). That's it! For any assistance with the authentication process, please email support@csmember.com and we'll be glad to assist you!
